Communication- Taking the time to have a consultation with each guest so both the stylist and the guest understand what is going to happen during their hair service.
Assurance- By agreeing to a plan for the guest’s hair service the guest will feel like they are in the hands of a professional.
Respect- Is gained because the stylist took the time to consult about the concerns and desires of the guest.
